Originally from Madeira Island, Jessica has spent much time in the U.K. She completed a degree in Spanish and Portuguese at Southampton University and worked in the tourism industry where she combined travelling with her knowledge of languages.

Throughout her life she has turned to complementary therapies whenever the need has arisen because she found herself increasingly disillusioned about the side effects of some Western medicines.

She moved back to the U.K completed an Honours degree course in Acupuncture at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and hasn't looked back since.

Jessica works in a holistic sense - treating all aspects of a person, mind - body - soul.
